Kevin Wideman, CEO

As CEO of Koniag Government Services, Kevin Wideman manages a portfolio of companies including Koniag Information Security Services Inc., Koniag Services, Inc., Koniag Technology Solutions, Inc., Koniag Management Solutions LLC, PacArctic LLC, Professional Computing Resources Inc., Tuknik Government Services LLC, Eagle Harbor Solutions LLC, Arlluk Technology Solutions LLC, Digitized Schematic Solutions Inc., XMCO Inc. and Kadiak, LLC. His extensive background includes nearly 30 years of experience in strategic planning, information technology, program management and development, and systems engineering.

Kevin joined KGS after most recently serving as President of Federal/Civilian Mission IT Solutions, for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation Federal, where he directed operations and business development for the largest division within their Information Services & Technology Operating Group. Mr. Wideman also led the transformation of Vistronix, LLC as Chief Operating Officer (COO), through its graduation from the 8(a) small business program, to a large competitive business with nearly $200M in annual revenue.

Mr. Wideman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Temple University. He currently lives in Leesburg, VA with his wife Tracy and their two daughters Chanelle and Kiera. Mr. Wideman has passionately supported multiple charitable events and causes throughout his lifetime. As a former college athlete, Mr. Wideman still enjoys playing basketball and is an avid golfer.

Kevin Razzaghi, PMP, ITIL v3, President

Kevin Razzaghi joined Koniag Technology Solutions (KTS) in September 2011 as the company’s General Manager responsible for its strategic direction, operations, and overall performance. He brings leadership skills and expertise in building new business and running large and complex IT programs for federal government clients in Healthcare, Financial, Transportation, Regulatory, and Security markets. Leveraging his knowledge and expertise in management and information technology consulting, Mr. Razzaghi, leads the Koniag Government Services Sector companies to broaden current and build new services offerings, strengthen services delivery capability, and build new business.

Prior to joining Koniag, Mr. Razzaghi led the Transportation and Weather Information Systems business for Unisys Federal Systems managing and growing a large portfolio of government and commercial engagements. Prior to that, Mr. Razzaghi led large IT programs at Booz Allen Hamilton delivering transformative services to healthcare, financial services, and homeland security clients. Mr. Razzaghi led business development efforts to win large IDIQ (CIO-SP2i $20B) and task order contracts totaling over $100M for Booz Allen. He led strategic initiatives to enter new markets at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) resulting in the firm’s first large IT contract at NIH.

During a ten-year career in commercial software product industry, Mr. Razzaghi led product development teams, professional services organizations, and sale and marketing teams and established critical business process to achieve corporate results and enhance shareholder value.

Mr. Razzaghi holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Certificate in Business Strategy from the Round Table Group.

Denise Bailey, SPHR, SHRM-SCP – Senior Manager of Human Resources

Denise Bailey joined Koniag in August 2011 as the Senior HR Manager for the Government Services Sector of companies.  In this role, Ms. Bailey provides HR services such as HR consultancy, policy development, program development and implementation pertaining to all functions within the HR organization.  Ms. Bailey works with other HR specialists in the Koniag family to drive corporate strategic projects in support of the sector and overall business plans.

Prior to joining Koniag, Ms. Bailey was the VP of HR and Operations for Washington Management Group where she worked with senior management to create and administer HR policies and procedures, directed recruiting, hiring, benefits and compensation practices for the organization.  Prior to her role with WMG, Ms. Bailey was the VP of Finance & Administration for Federal Sources.  In this position, Ms. Bailey directed and managed the organization’s financial and administrative activities and policies.

Ms. Bailey has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources and operations.  Ms. Bailey obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Ronald W. Wilkinson, Program Manager, Enterprise IT Engineering & Support

Ronald Wilkinson brings more than 25 years of proven progressive supervisory, leadership, mentorship, and Project/Program Management experience to KSI. He joined KSI in February 2009 as the Program Manager of the Social Security Administration’s, Systems Operations Support Services (SOSS) contract, a contract which he previously had five years of Program Management experience managing under CACI International Inc. Prior to his work with CACI, he provided stellar program management, leadership, and guidance to the Missile Defense Agency, the FBI, DSS, and several DoD and other federal agencies. Mr. Wilkinson also served in the U.S. Navy for 20+ years which afforded him extensive travel, and life experiences throughout the U.S. and abroad.
